tools to help you organize your thinking and your approach
to this challenge. These tools can be downloaded in .pdf format
and printed off this site, and adapted to your particular
circumstances. (Note: these are the same tools that were used
in the Case Study.)

In keeping with the Plan-Do-Check-Act
cycle, we are providing tools for each step in this process
and for each level of evaluation.
It bears repeating: THERE IS NO ONE RIGHT WAY
TO ALIGN WORKPLACE EDUCATION EVALUATION WITH A BALANCED SCORECARD
FRAMEWORK. Pay attention to the basic fundamentals of proper
evaluation, understand the forward-looking purpose of the
Balanced Scorecard, and determine a process (whether the Plan-Do-Check-Act
approach, or some other) that keeps your "feet to the
fire" and ensures FOLLOW THROUGH.
