In keeping with the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, we are providing tools for each step in this process and for each level of evaluation.

It bears repeating: THERE IS NO ONE RIGHT WAY TO ALIGN WORKPLACE EDUCATION EVALUATION WITH A BALANCED SCORECARD FRAMEWORK. Pay attention to the basic fundamentals of proper evaluation, understand the forward-looking purpose of the Balanced Scorecard, and determine a process (whether the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach, or some other) that keeps your "feet to the fire" and ensures FOLLOW THROUGH.
